I did with my first two pregnancies and I was so good about it. I've been meaning to get started again I have a membership and just haven't went. Much busier with 2 kids one being a 1 year old my day is a workout lol
I try to make it atleast once a week but I swear stuff just keeps interfering. DD being sick, DH NEEDING the car, DS's schedule has changed, etc. it's so frustrating!
I have still been more active this pregnancy than my last two & my weight gain has been minimal. Thankfully.
Yes! I have go to feel sane. I was super active before and worked out up until delivery with my son. In results, made my c section recovery so much easier.
I'm trying to get back into the gym routine. The first 20 weeks of pregnancy kicked my butt!! I feel like I'm starting all over again but it feels good.
Yes! Started back up again in the beginning of January and we've been going regularly 4-5 times a week. I've been weight lifting and doing a lot of leg work outs. This is my first time working out during a pregnancy and I'm surprised at how much better I feel.
I haven't been to the gym since I moved because I hate new gyms lol... but I have been running and doing calisthenics. I need to find a gym I like though because I miss lifting weights.
Yes, not only do I hit the gym, I go hiking. I take easier trails though, not the really strenuous ones anymore. I lift 4-5 days a week. Light weight lots of reps. The only thing I have been hesitant to do is squats. Thing I hate is that I have been eating so badly. Oreo cookies, cool ranch doritos, etc.
Trying to get back to my beach body workouts thank god it's online or I would never have time haha this pregnancy is kicking my butt though! Making a human is so exhausting ?
I don't normally go to the gym, but I just started a quick workout plan doing squats. I do them in front of my daughter at home since she won't judge me. I read that squats can serve the same purpose as doing kegals. Really hoping they work since I had so much trouble after my last birth.

Yes! But I mainly workout at home due to 2kids. I work out every other day and hit up the gym on weekends. I do weights and cardio.
