He was years older than them and knew it was wrong. He did it while they were sleeping and coerced them while they were awake. This is not normal behavior this is a predator. If they were close in age and curious why they had different parts it would be one thing but this was not the case. He is a clear cut and dry predator. If you think this is normal you need to look further into the information. Because it is not.
