I can't lie, when I first saw this I laughed. I wouldn't do it to my kid personally but if it's a non toxic washable marker I don't see the harm. It is definitely stupid.

Personally...i think there's a big difference between a kid writing in themselves and the parent doing it. It's washable but sometimes those markets take some scrubbing to get off, now you have to scrub her head.

I think it would have been better to do it on her clothes, since it is washable

Child abuse? Seriously? It's a washable marker. The parents just have a sense of humor. I think it's funny. This will be a funny picture to look back on. There isn't anything bad written on the child. I think people need to lighten up a bit.

And I cannot stand Elf on a Shelf. It looks entirely creepy. Just appearing at random places. That would have freaked me out if my mom did that to me growing up.

I honestly dont know how i'd feel if this was my baby...but initial i dont think id like it.
