I wouldn't do this to a little baby like that. I think it's kind of stupid, but different strokes for different folks I guess. I think it might be funnier on an older child..

I wouldn't do it to my babe, because I KNOW he has super sensitive skin.

That being said, I'd do it to my 5 year old dd. I'd write on her hand or leg lol

And I cannot stand Elf on a Shelf. It looks entirely creepy. Just appearing at random places. That would have freaked me out if my mom did that to me growing up.

Personally...i think there's a big difference between a kid writing in themselves and the parent doing it. It's washable but sometimes those markets take some scrubbing to get off, now you have to scrub her head.

I think it would have been better to do it on her clothes, since it is washable
