I just bought a maternity support belt and it has worked a miracle on the lower pain I have been experiencing past few days. If you are having lower pain I would definitely suggest that you get one. I got mine at Walmart for around 15 bucks

Sorry been napping all day. I found it in Walmart in the maternity section by the undies and bras. Ugh I tossed the package out and don't see a brand name on it.
I only seen online @ walmart. I had one i used from my son & just the other day it took a crap on me, the velcro no longer will hold. The ones at walmart look exactly the same but is almost 1/2 the price i paid from a med supply store. I'm ordering a new one Tuesday. I use it & kt tape for my rib separation pain & to help back out too.
My doctor prescribed me one but my pharmacy said they don't even provide medical supplies when I called to ask if it was ready for pick up ? I'm dying to see if it'll work for me. Might as well just go get myself one ??♀️ glad to hear it's helped you! That gives me hope!
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
I do love the way people say you will know when your in labour and having contractions well I will be honest I didn't know and my pains weren't that severe till I was fully dilated I'm sure everyone has different pain levels
This may be stupid but....how long do contractions last for? I keep having period cramps and lower back pain but it lasts like 3 minutes each time.

I got the same one from amazon last week. And yes, it helps a lot! I wear it to work and also when I'm doing housework.
