Circumcision
My husband and I have already decided that we are not going to have our boy circumcised. We both know men who never had it done and have had no issues, and I do know one man who had to have his foreskin cut when he was a kid due to medical reasons but according to what I've seen online those cases are rare. We probably won't discuss it with the family unless they ask directly. I'm not too concerned with their opinions though because I know it won't make them love this baby any less.
So happy that hubby and I are on the same page and this was never a concern for us. We are team green but if baby is a boy our answer will be, "No thank you". I've known too many people who made the choice for it and later regretted it but have never met someone who regretted not doing it. To each their own, but I have a strong opinion against it for many reasons. For each of you either way you choose, happy and healthy baby!!! Best of wishes. Thank you for sharing your thoughts respectfully. ?
I didn't with my first son due to his dad not being circumcised and now with my second son different daddy I don't plan to ether my son's stepdad has raised him sance he was only 1 and he's the one that thought him how to use the potty so I don't think I'll be circumcising our son cause I don't want to hear mommy y is that wee wee like that and mine isnt lol
My husband isn’t intact, he’s had no issues. But with our son I made the decision because I’m the one that does full newborn care, and I just couldn’t bring myself to change his diaper and bath him if he was in pain for no reason but the choice that I made. I am 21 weeks with our second boy and the moment I heard the tech say it was a boy I had a every emotional time with it because I knew this would be me fighting for him to not have to go through it. But in the end my husband does except it after a bit, and he doesn’t love our son any less just because he’s intact. He has said before that it’s “gross” or “dirty”. Like I said I’m the one doing full newborn care with our babies until for about 3 months or so then my husband steps in fully. I do listen to my husbands opinion with care and respect and he does the same with me.
I just want to say that I love everyone's responses to this. Regardless of if you are or are not getting your son circumcised it's clear that everyone has put thought into this about what is best for their child and that is just so important with every decision we make for them.
My twin boys will not be getting circumcised. Hubby is not circumcised and has no issues, and also my 8 year old son wasnt circumcised as well. My opinion, I don't see why it has to be done if not for religious reasons. I always had said, God made males with foreskin for a reason, why alter what God has created. Once again, that's just my point of views! ?
There is always multiple posts about this. And they normally turn ugly.
However, my first son is cut. I let my husband decide what to do since I don't have a penis. He wanted his son to be done. He felt that if questions arose, it would be easier to explain and he mentioned him getting picked on. And if it's done when they're older it's worse pain. So, I said ok and went with what he decided.
Were having a girl but I was stressing over that issue before we knew. My husband insists we HAVE to circumcise our baby if we have a boy. I'm against it. He thinks the boy will get teased and be self conscious. I think if that's the case he can make the decision himself to do it later in life. I wouldn't want to take the decision away from him.
I never considered not getting my son circumcised. However I can see why people would. My son had to have his circumcision corrected when he was 2, which was a very ugly 2 weeks or so recovering. I’m glad I’m not having another boy, because I didn’t want to be faced with that decision again.
need suggestions....
So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.

Ladies who are having a boy are u getting him circumcised? If your gonna be rude and judge then don’t comment PERIOD ‼️
circumcision..?
So my boyfriend and I found out Tuesday that we are having a boy, just as we suspected. As much as this excited us it brings forth alot of hard topics and decisions to make. One of these being circumcision. Most people that I know are all for it and have done it with their babies, we are indifferent on doing it; as the both of us know people who had either had it done or have had it done to their children and the doctors messed it up which has caused multiple problems for the pe...
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I live in Europe, where it’s normal to not be circumcised.
I have two boys and I didn’t do it with either of them. I won’t with this baby either. I decided not to do it because I’d prefer to allow them to decide for themselves. It’s not something you can reverse and, since I don’t have a religious or medical reason, I think people should be able to decide what to do with their own bodies.
