Yes i have some back pai. Here and there . It’s not every day or all day it’ comes and goes and the weather definitely has a factor in the pain . Also I noticed my posture had to be really good or that effects it also

Yeah I didn't have this type of pain before I had an epidural. I also had to keep mine in for a day bc my platelet counts were too low for them to take it our. I had to wait until they went back up for them to take it out. I wonder if that had anything to do with it

Mine was t in for a full day and I still have back here in the exact spot they placed the epidural in . When I told them at my 6 week pp visit they said it was

Mostly just the pregnancy which I don’t believe bc my back didn’t hurt that much .

My back pain was really bad after this pregnancy. I didn’t have an epidural, but if I did I would have blamed it since it’s right in that spot. I think my core is just really weak from the strain of carrying a baby and that might be what you’re experiencing too. I’ve been trying to do some exercises like planking and that has helped if you want to give that a try!

I still get muscle spasms 3 years after having my first (didn't have one this time). It's not frequent and is definitely worse PP, so I'm hoping it improves with core stregthening and whatnot.

I’ve been having horrible epidural pains since my first daughter 5 years ago. It’s like spasms that make me freeze up and shooting pains from my back to the back of my head.

I'm going to try and give exercising a try during one of baby's naps. I don't have it so often anymore, but like a couple of you said, when I bend a certain way, I definitely feel it
