supportive bras
So I'm normally a part of the itty bitty titty committee lol but when I get pregnant and start breastfeeding, my a cups become b and c cups. And now, they are making my back hurt. What do you guys do or wear (type of bras) that keeps your back from hurting??
It might be the breastfeeding that’s hurting your back , I find cause I don’t sit up straight when I’m feeding my back aches. Sorry I can’t really help you with supportive bras. I usually just buy any comfy nursing bra I can find :)
Woken up to the worse back pains ever I had to get on all fours for it do it but it keeps coming back😩😣and it hurts to walk😩
Bra sizes I just left the mall and I've always been an A cup ? but I just got measured and I'm now a C cup. My boobs have never been this big!!!! Have any of you went way up in bra sizes??
Bras suck!! Everyday that my back hurts I start to worry, then as soon as I unhook my bra I feel a billion times better. I've never been particular on the type of bra I buy, but even my larger ones cause pain. My cup size doesn't seem much bigger but my chest size must have increased. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a good solution? Maybe I'll just go bra-less, lol!
Bras for the Busty? So I started out as a 34 DDD and am now at a 40 DDD not bc I need a bigger band but bc it's impossible to find larger cup sizes with smaller band sizes. Today I noticed I am now getting too big for the bras I have! NOOOOOOOO!!!!! The only time I ordered a bra online, it looked like an old torpedo bra from the 1950s. Not cute. Where do my fellow busty ladies buy their bras? Maternity/nursing bras?
I think I am bout to head to the emergency room my back hurting and everything I do isn't helping...

@mumnylove that could be the reason. I have noticed that I dont sit up straight when nursing and it does nake it worse. I'm going to try to watch my posture
