My mom is definitely like that ? I will continue to do my kegels. Our bodies take a beating during childbirth but it's all worth it :)

Doesn’t sound weird at all. I’ll be in the middle of feeding the baby and have to put her down and run to the bathroom because I can’t hold my pee right now. It gets better and your muscle control will come back with time. Even though you can’t feel the kegels they’re working. Keep doing them. But you will now be like your mom, at least like mine. I used to make fun of her all the time because she peed her pants anytime she sneezed coughed or laughed too hard. Now it happens to me :(

I'll def look into getting that dermaplast spray. I've stopped the heavy bleeding. Now it's just a little uncomfortable down there and when I have to pee, I pee. I cant hold it until I get to the bathroom. Does that change? I've tried doing kegels but I can't really feel if I'm doing them or not. I know that may sound weird

Dermosplast!!!!! Spray that stuff liberally down there and it helps soooooo much!!! I was super numb but not in pain or itchy and thy gave it to me at the hospital so it’s totally safe to use!

Thanks ladies. I've been using my peri bottle but didn't know if there was anything else I should be doing

I didn’t have any pain, but I made sure to always rinse with a peri bottle instead of wiping. If it gets really uncomfortable, I’d talk to your OB/GYN to make sure there isn’t an infection. Hope you feel better soon!

I used to just squirt myself with the bottle they gave me in the hospital. That always gave me some relief.
