evening primrose oil Those of you who have taken it, would you recommend evening primrose oil?

Yes it is amazing! I had a natural op birth and didn’t tear with an almost 9 pound baby! :) it helped me dilate very well! I was 6cm when I got to the hospital

Yes. It doesn't induce labor it helps soften the cervix for labor and helps prevent tearing. Used it for both pregnancies

I heard they work well. I'm going to try this time around ? You have to poke holes in the gel caps, and insert them deep inside by your cervix. They will soften and dissolve over time. Just make sure to wear a panty liner! They could leak out as you stand.

With my last I did take it but not sure if that’s what did it but a day and a half later I got a positive swab for fluid and was induced . ??‍♀️

If you ingest it, does it also helps?
