I fell asleep on the couch in the sitting position and woke up to my feet super swollen that it's hard to walk. I'm assuming that's bc of how I was laying?? Constricted blood flow maybe?? 35w6d

Happened to me last Sunday and they hurt so bad when I woke up. Just get in bed and put your feet up swelling should go down by morning.
