False positive?
I took a frer last night and within 10 sec there was a light pink line. Faint but definitely there. I have taken 2 more today, one with fmu and they were both negative. I'm not sure on dpo as I haven't had Af since I had my daughter 10 months ago. What are the chances it was a false positive?

So frer test have been given a bad name because it's giving false positives. Do you all think that could have happened to me? Googles got me paranoid. I have pregnancy symptoms. 😩 has anyone experienced a false positive with frer?
What does look like to you? Could this be a false positive?
okay so is clearblue digital good or not? I've been seeing a lot of reviews saying do not buy because there were thousands of false positives with this brand and I don't need to see a bunch of false positives right now

False positives are very very rare but do occur.
Were you on any fertility meds? A lot of meds can cause a FRER to show a positive result even tho you are not pregnant. You have to wait xx-days before testing if you took meds. Your doctor should have told you when you could test if you were taking any drugs.

Him its doubtful you got a false positive. Sometimes tests in the same box can have slightly varying sensitivities. Keep testing
