Heart Palpitations

I had heart papitations before I got pregnant, but not very often. Now that Emmy is almost 3 months I seem to be getting them more often. I don't get them everyday, but on the days I do it seems that I will have them for a few hours. I breastfeed and was wondering if maybe it's taking a lot of my nutrients. I've had EKGs done and everything and they can't find anything wrong. Is there anything I shoud be eating to see if it will help? Sorry this is so long. I appreciate any help.

I think I'm going to make an appt. I do have really bad anxiety at times and the palpitations make it worse. thank you for all the input I will talk to my doc about your suggestions.

I was going to say get checked for thyroid problems. I got palpations on a few occasions and my dr did some blood tests to check my thyroid.

My lo was diagnosed w/ SVT. ITs when ur heart beats super fast. The doc said in women they can have it, not know, and after or during a pregnancy it flares up. He needs meds to control his, but not everyone does. He said coughing, or 'baring down like ur having ur baby' can stop it. If it keeps up I would call ur doc and let him know. You really don't want a fast hb for a long time.

Btw, his EKG was normal every time, but when on a monitor during an episode is how we found out. Good luck mama.

The hospital told me it might be hyperthyroidism from so much stress and not enough sleep.

need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
