Honestly diapers & wipes, cause they will really need. But if you wanted to do something more cute matching/complementing outfits in the 9 month size, people tend to give the smaller size clothes and they'll need the bigger size too. Just think of seasons too, like they will need to be more winter clothes! Hope that helps!

What about a care basket for mom & dad?? Include Like snacks, a couple magazines, drinks, candy, word puzzle books, maybe an iTunes gift card (if they have an iphone /ipad, to buy a new game, app, or video) fuzzy socks (b/c hospitals can get cold), a blank journal for them to write their thoughts in, & maybe quarters for the vending machine.

My babies aren't here yet, but if they were I would love something like this to make the NICU visits a bit more pleasant.
