Why does everyone (including me) have to get the worst gastro/stomach flu while I'm pregnant?

We had this last week. Our 5 yr old dd was growing up and our 2 yr old dd had the runs, I got lucky and only had sore throat and body aches, but now my husband has all of the above ?
