Great labor story ! I hope mine turns out that way. (: proud of you for not getting the epidural too. I want to be able be up and showering after too. I wish my water would break & go into labor naturally

The tea help condition your uterus for labor. Its meant to help with stage 2 contractions to help push baby out. Considering my stage 2 was only 23mins long I'm thinking it may have helped. I was drinking at least 1-2 cups a day from week 30. Was due on 11th sept, delivered on 5th sept :)

aww well congrats on your precious LO :)!! i have 2 questions for u. How many weeks were yu at the time of delivery? & how much of the tea did yu drink bc i might try that lol

why do you recommend raspberry leaf tea? to start labor ??
