28 days to go!

The count down has begun! Due Sept 11th (28 days)! Went to the oesteo today, went for a good beach walk, feeling a little more comfortable. Drinking raspberry leaf tea. Hopefully with the help of all my other natural induction methods I'll be doing we will avoid going past due & having artificial induction. Come on little man, mummy wants to meet you sooner rather then later :)

If you're in melbourne? I got mine from fertile ground in east Melbourne. I also see an oesteo there as well as get pregnancy massages. They have a full naturopathy dispensary there. It was $8 for a 50gm bag of the leaf.

Pp you can get raspberry leaf tea or tablets at any health food store ? that's where I got mine when I was pregnant ? xx

Oooh all the best!! I'm due Sept 14th with our first. With a solid family history of going way over & needing to be induced, I really need to get to town (I live in the country) and get me some red raspberry leaf tea!!
