Baby with sudden rash?
Dd is 11 months. Was very unsettled overnight friday, then irritable next day. Around 2pm I noticed a bright red rash on one upper arm & also on opposite leg (had not been there at 11am previous change). Hot to touch. Arm rash was gone an hour or so later, leg faded over next few hours. Again super unsettled overnight but no rash - then early afternoon today we literally saw red rash appear suddenly on bubs cheek (only one) it was hot to touch like yesterday & lasted 1-2 hours. No temperature. Rash doesn't particularly bother her but still generally irritable.
So yesterday I gave my son Advil for his fever and for some reason he broken out in rash. They kept telling me it his eczema, eczema don’t have blisters or red bumps. I was wondering can you have allergic reactions to Advil? Like it’s all down his legs, added to his diaper rash, his hands & arms & fingers. He been scratching them open
Anybody else have issues with their baby being really unsettled at night? (like sleeping but wont settle) Hes been asleep for the past 10 hours and ive had to rock him in my arms for 7 of those 10 hours. Its beyond normal tossing and turning too
Has any of your babies (newborn to one) woke up with random small bruises? Its like a rash but with bruises instead of red bumps.
so, what do you guys think? the doctor thought it was a viral rash but now they say it's eczema. i was using shea moisture and now i'm using vanicream.
it's on his back, stomach/chest, a little on the arms, legs, and a little on feet.
I think one the most irritating and worrisome thing about newborns are all these unidentifiable rashes. 😡😡🗣👏🏾get👏🏾of👏🏾my👏🏾Ssoooonnnnn👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
That happened to me about a month ago... Bubs was 8 months.... And was super clingy and grumpy for about 4 days.. ( could not put him down) Then after 4 days he got a rash all over his body which lasted about 24 hrs... I think it was just some sort of viral infection...
