I wouldn't worry about it I do it and so does my mum and little girl. I thought it was normal.

It just means their hips are internally rotated and they find it more comfortable to sit in a ‘W’ position. It’s called femoral anteversion and something that they will probably grow out of. I see kids at work with it all the time so it’s quite common and nothing to be worried about. If your worried about the way they walk e.g if they are tripping up a lot or complaining of pain then it’s best to get it checked, otherwise it’s something that will correct on it’s own.

Oh yeah I know that, sorry! My daughter does it all the time but I’m sure they shouldn’t do it for some reason? I just wondered why not! Xx
