Constantly tired
I am always tired, whether primrose sleeps through or not I feel exhausted! I have to go to go to sleep at 9 so I can get through the next day! Is anyone else like this? I don't think it's normal, it's becoming such a task to even leave the house for an hour because I'm then wiped out for the rest of the day :(
I was gonna write exactly the same post. My boy is a great sleeper,so getting plenty of sleep. I'm so tired I feel so groggy like I'm hungover! I gave blood a few weeks back so know it's not low iron for me. Reluctant to go to docs coz think they will jus shrug it off as being a busy mum.
I'm the same. I think I'm gunna get my iron levels looked at coz I'm just always exhausted and always wanna sleep ? Jasmin sleeps through every night yet I'm still so exhausted. I go to sleep at about 9 every night as well
Have u had your iron levels checked? That's how I felt before I had to start taking iron tablets X
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
I see so many mommies giving their babies rice cereal to sleep even though it's not recommended? Why?
My daughter is 1 and half and doesn't sleep through the night.... Idk what to do, it's soooo tiring
SLEEP Every time someone posts about their 6 week old sleeping through the night, I want to punch a wall. My 14 month old has slept through the night probably 5 times in his life. I'm fcking tired. He used to get up only once. Now he's up 4 - 5x a night. Honestly, idk if I want any more children. All I can think about is going years and years never sleeping. I'm losing my faking mind. It's honestly starting to make me angry every time I have to get up. (Obviously not enough to hurt him). my husband wonders why I never want sex. I use all my energy just trying to get trough the day to have another s*** tty night. I still bf him at night.
I'm feeling pretty emotional today 😒 I wanna cry about everythang! I know it's just from being tired but even just knowing that makes me wanna cry. I know it's my fault I'm tired today. I didn't go to sleep until close to 2 am because I fell asleep in the evening for about an hour yesterday and couldn't fall back to sleep when it was time to go to bed :( ugh.

Maybe get them to check your folic acid levels mine were low and once I was on a high supplement my energy was back. I now have them daily (12 X dose you can buy over the counter) xx
