I got pregnant with our daughter (she's 6 weeks old) on the mini pill. I was told by my doctor because it's such a low dose hormone you almost have to be using a secondary form of birth control

I think it's probably leftover hormones. God I hope so at least lol. My heartburn came back a few nights, weird nausea out of nowhere and dreams.
