Difficulty urinating
On 2 occasions now I have woken up in the night and desperately needed a wee but when I try and go I find it really difficult and it takes ages for anything to come out.

I have the last couple of days haha and I remember this with my last pregnancy.. Sometimes your growing uterus kind of puts pressure on your bladder/urethra making it harder to pee- I find if that happens I literally pull up on my stomach a bit, basically lifting my uterus out of the way lol but it seriously helps!!
Alternatively- you could have a uti. Try what I mentioned, and if it doesn't help or if your having any burning or other symptoms I'd talk to your doc!

Thank you, I'll give it a go if it doesn't work then I think I'll get it checked out.
I only saw my consultant last week and I had protein in my wer but they weren't concerned X

At my doctors appointment the other day they found protein and something else in my urine said it can be a uti sent me to do a clean wipe thing under the microscope to find out for sure said sometimes you can have back pain as well as trouble urinating. So maybe its that they told me to drink alot of water as well.

Omg! I am having the same thing I mentioned it to my OB and no UTI. She said its normal its just due to the baby sitting on your bladder.

It's common especially if you have a retroverted or tipped uterus. Try leaning backwards while you pee. It takes the pressure off the bladder.

I do have a tilted uterus so maybe that's part of it. It weird though because this is my 6th baby and I've never had it with any of the others
Thanks for all your replies xx
