ladies :/

So since yesterday I have had this horrible pain on my right low back side and it goes down to my butt. It hurts to walk and I'm starting to feel nauseous. Has anyone experienced this? I'm feeling so blahhhh and haven't been able to sleep :///

Sciatica for sure. I'm getting physical therapy for my pain. Talk to your doctor if it keeps up!

I love swimming! Only problem is I need to find an indoor swimming pool. There's a storm here in Cali lol.

Sciatica is the pits :(. Sorry you have to deal with it. I find that yoga and swimming help with it overall. One of the easiest stretches for me is to get on all fours and alternate between arching your back and then going the other way and focusing on curling your tailbone in.

Thanks ladies you have been very helpful. My Dr. told me to try a heating pad! If if continues and worsens then to visit him Monday or go to the ER if it is unbearable. (:

Oh and it definitely seems like its outta no where. But really like @belly said its kinda like a storm ready to happen in your back from the hormones and stretching snd moving of organs and stuff.

I use heating pad on my back but I always ice right after for 14min. The heat can bring more swelling so icing helps right after. Thats what the chiro I worked for always reccomended to patients and I do it and it works perfect!

Yep I am on my heating blanket right now!

blame the relaxin horomobe...its making everything super smooshy and loosey in your lower back and pelvis area...because of that the disques in your lower back can bulge out and pinch the nerves causing sciatic nerve pain. But for sure call your doctor, especially if you can't walk hopefully they can set you up in the right direction. I'm also doing prenatal yoga classes, and the instructor has lots of good exercises to help out with the pain. Also going to the pool, even just walking around in the pool helps the back.

@karise625 do you use a heating pad? I freak easily since I'm a ftm and it happened out of the no where too :/

If you feel worried call your dr. But I have same thing. Its only 9:30am and I already have that same pain. Ice/heat and chiro. It helps!

Welcome to sciatica back pains. Ummmm....get yourself a heating blanket. Try and see a massage therapist/chiro/physio...whatever is gonna get you through. I have been seeing my chiropractor and the adjustments have been helping.
