This is so cute! Love the smile. I can't even get a face pic of my daughter in the regular ultrasound. :( hoping at my 30 something ultrasound they can get it an then flip it over to 3d/4d

Adorable! My little guy did the same thing. Kept pulling his little hand to his face and cuddling with the placenta (pillow). :)
