Ears pierced How old was your baby when you got their ears pierced?

They wouldn't let us here until 12 weeks. (Which I wanted to wait until anyway) so we did it at 13 weeks.

I did all my girls at 6-8 weeks. In my opinion it’s best to do it while they are little to avoid them tugging at them. U can always take them when they are older to pick out cute earrings of their liking. If they decide they don’t want them when they are older they can always let the holes close.

It will be her choice if and when she wants them. I got mine done for my 8th birthday I felt like a princess that day, it was so exciting. I don’t want to take those days away from her.

Exactly what pp said. When dd is older and wants her ears pierced she will get it. It’s her body so the decision is hers.

Will not be piercing her ears till she is old enough to ask. It’s not my body so it’s not my place to alter it.

My first was 6 months... I'm doing my second at 6 months as well. I used to work at Claire's back in college and I think if you really want to do it... before 9 months is best. So I did it at 6 months.
