Do contractions have to hurt?
I'm 37 weeks and for two days my contractions went from 17 minutes to around 6 minutes currently, some times they go all the way up to 10 minutes apart then the next will be 4 minutes. However, I am only counting contractions that hurt rather than just the ones that are tightening my stomach. When it says we should go in for contractions less than 5 minutes, do they mean painful ones or any tightening? I just don't want to waste anyone's time going if it isn't go time.

They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Mine aren't painful but this is my first so idk. When I told my doctor that I am finally having contractions but nothing that is causing any pain she still asked if they are regular and close together but they are still pretty far apart so she said then it's not time so I'm assuming they don't have to be painful.
