where to put car seat?
Hi this is my second child, I was just wondering where does everyone normally place capsual when they already have a car seat in the car, my son's seat is behind the passager seat atm, do i put bub in the middle of do i swap my 5yr old to middle an put bub on side??

I have 3 and bubs is behind the passenger, my eldest 6, in the middle, and my middle 4, behind the driver. The NRMA installer put bubs behind the passenger and I put the other 2 in that way as I want my eldest next to bub and his seat is also the slimmest so it just worked out best.
I have 3 kids, my 4 year old is in the middle, baby behind driver seat and toddler behind passenger. I put toddler behind passenger as he needs more monitoring, also would not trust him beside baby.
There is no rules, most people put baby in middle or behind passenger seat as rear facing seats take up a lot of space.
When I first had my second son I put him on the side as well because my oldest was 2 at the time and I didn't trust to put a new born baby next to him.
I have heard middle is safest and that's where you should put babies but I just didn't feel comfortable doing that next to my eldest son.
I'm not sure if never had my son behind me (drivers seat) i was always told it was safer to have him on the other side plus its easier for me to see him there an he could see me

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...

My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

You should put seats wherever you're going to get the safest and most secure installation for your car.
Some cars have a hump in the middle of the back seat so you might get a better fit on the sides.
