Planes and baby's
Quick question in 2 weeks bub and I are going on a plane will be his first time, he will be exactly 6 months, has anyone been on plane with lil bubs ? And tips or anything so he won't cry all the way ?
We've done 6 flights (mostly long haul) with our bub who is now 8 months old - feeding (or a dummy) on take off and landing was the best advice we were given. The only time we had a problem with him being in pain was the flight where he slept through take off so wasn't feeding. Other than that, bring a toy or comforter that they are familiar with.
Are you flying far?
Yes take his birth certificate. Qantas I never had a problem but virgin almost didn't let me fly without dds birth certificate. Just give boob on take off and landing. Still at 9 months the sound of the engines put dd to sleep after take off. Good luck and don't stress! Just remember boob on take off and landing (and anytime they become unsettled) xx
Thanks hun I will defiantly ask them :) he won't take a dummy though or a bottle I've tried
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
Religion Conspiracy/Theory
**This is not to bash peoples religion and beliefs but to talk about our own theories and ideas** I would like to discuss a certain topic that came to mind after talking to my SO. I know some of you ladies like a good conspiracy talk so i would like to have a good discussion and hear thoughts of others. So back story my SO friends got very offended when he mentioned not believing in god or religion and it got me thinking. Is religion a failing form of goverment cont...

Y’all please please be careful and monitor what these babies are watching on YouTube thank god my baby didn’t understand what the thing was saying he showed me the phone and said “scary mama” I think continued to listen to what the thing was saying and I was livid and horrified it was explaining to my son how to kill the whole family while everyone was asleep

My husband and I aren’t exactly strangers when it comes to relationship challenges 💞. We have been together for 14 years and married for eight, so we’ve definitely gone through some growing pains as we navigated a long-distance relationship in college and our first year living together as a married 👫 couple.
But nothing has challenged our relationship quite like our first year as 👪 parents .
Before you have your first child, you have these grand ideas of what it will be like. There’s more slee...
we have flown a lot with our bub. I recommend;
-when checking in ask them if you can take the pram to the gate, saves a lot of hassle and your arms and back.
- pack a dummy or bottle for take off and landing
-pack a small pillow or soft toy so you can rest your arm/their head on when they fall asleep.
-pack a blanket, the planes are freezing
-I always gave her a little gripe water to settle the gas that builds up in their bellies when they fly.
-allow enough bottles, food, nappies, formula etc for any delays. there usually is.
-pack a change of clothes for both of you in your carry on.
-stay calm in all circumstances. they sense your tension.
The turbulence is now my best friend as it puts our bub to sleep straight away. use to scare the hell out of me. makes flying a lot easier :)
