If it is a flu do what Mel said with the onion, I just had gastro and put a cut onion on my bedside table and it turned black! So gross but it sucks all the germs up. Hope you feel better soon

sounds silly but cut an onion in half and place on your bedside table :)

I just wanted to point out that you shouldn't take lemsip and panadol together. One or the other, or you will double dose on paracetamol. Hope your feeling better soon

If it is the flu the doc can give you something to help, but only In The first few days.
It is more likely you are just getting a cold though, in which case there is nothing you can do.
Panadol, fluids and rest.

Have a really good feel of your boobs and your arm pits. I got really bad flu symptoms and had a lump in my arm pit when I had mastitis. Definitely worth getting checked out before next week! Nothing worse than ending up in emergency over the holidays when there aren't enough staff to cope and you've got a little bub to consider too

Make sure to keep breastfeeding as bub will get immunity from the antibodies in your milk and if they do get sick it will only be very mild. Just make sure not to take anything with psuedoephedrine (not sure of spelling) in it as it will dry up your milk - it's the stuff that dries up your stuffy nose. Rest up and feel better xo

Same as pregnancy, Lemsip and panadol is safe. Try to get someone to help out with bubs and rest up as much as possible.
Feel better soon.
