I'm guessing boy just because my son's heart rate was high like that at my first appointment! :) his was 183 & people had me convinced he was a girl just because of the "high heart rate". So definitely don't listen to that old wives tale!

Thank you for guessing ladies. We are hoping for a boy since we have 3 girls! Lol and i dont remember what my girls heart beats were at that many weeks

We are having a boy and at 8 weeks his heart rate was that high. Around your 12 week if it drops into the 150s Id say boy. Otherwise I'd guess girl :)
