Best ones hands down is the wet n wild water proof one. It’s like 3 or 4 dollars. I’ve tried high ends but this is just my go to

Stila! Best eyeliner ever!!!

I like the stila liquid liner pen. It's a little pricey but it lasts forever. I suffer from horrible allergies so now I only line the top of my lash line. I gave up on the water line lol nothing stays.

I love the Kat Von d tattoo liner- it's waterproof and lasts all day. Plus my eyes are sensitive and it doesn't bother them at all.

Stila pen lasts forever, long enough to justify the price, and stays on, no smudging, waterproof affff, clean lines, pigment, etc etc etc. I'm obsessed. I swatched it on my hand once recently bc I can only afford to look at the moment and three days later it was finally off even through normal handwashing, showering, and scrubbing with Dawn.
