Eat something before you go forsure! I went and had my private ultrasound done and the lady told me to drink orange juice right before it really help baby was awake and moving around like craszy! Congrats and good luck

Drink plenty of fluids like water or pure juice nothing like fizzy or coffee. We have to have a full bladder when we have the scan as well x

Cold fruit punch. But I'm assuming any cold fruit juice would work!

I was told orange juice, however my baby was not super active during mine, she kept wiggling my belly to get the baby to move a little, luckily we were still able to find gender, good luck!

My best friend swears the same thing too!!

My SIL swears that drinking apple juice gets the baby nice and active to help out with the US.
