I learned the same thing today. It doesn't make sense. Like why does this happen?

First of all, I am so sorry for your loss.

Give yourself some time. You sound like you are still in shock and need to absorb this devastating news. Do you have a SO? If so, lean on them during this difficult time. If not, I would suggest calling and telling one family member or close friend for support. You can take your time before notifying anyone else. In my case, I told my mom and asked her to tell everyone else.

I assume it was a missed miscarriage, since it was unexpected and you were told you miscarried by the doctor. Have you discussed options? As in waiting for your body to miscarry naturally, medically induced miscarriage, or surgical or surgical intervention?

Take this one day, one moment at a time. It helps most people to have a wide support group, but that unfortunately means talking about/breaking the news. Expect to experience a roller coaster of emotions. Be kind to yourself.

I'm so sorry. I miscarried my first in sept at 10 weeks. I had a d&c and this is my first month trying again. I'm still completely devastated but it does get a tiny bit better as the days pass. I told my family by text also. I couldn't talk about it in person

I recently went through this 7 weeks ago. It's devastating thinking everything is ok with your little one. Only to go in for a normal appointment and find out your little one didn't make it. I'm very sorry for your loss.

I just went through this exactly. Had my d&c on 9 November. I'm so sorry for your loss.

I wouldn't wish this on anyone.

I feel bad but I told immediate family by text apologized for the informal way of telling them, but explained that I just wasn't up for phone calls just yet. They fortunately understood and spoke with them when I felt ready. Do what you can and take time to grieve and recover.
