Possibly you ovulated a second time? Usually dating scans are pretty accurate, and they give you weeks from when your LMP was on a average cycle (if your cycle was like mine and all over the place it doesn't match up with what I know my LMP was.)

I'd go by the dating scan Hun. As much as your days may be out. It could have just implanted very late.

Mine was pretty much the same. Based on my dating scan I started getting pregnancy symptoms the day after ovulation and got my bfp 3 days after ovulating. I really didn't think that was possible but that's the date they've used throughout my pregnancy. I'm now 38 weeks and have measured a week or two ahead each time but otherwise everything has been fine. Don't stress about it or overthink it too much ?

I had a dating scan at around 6w3d even though I knew my dates. The tech told me I was 5w4d. I got my bfp at 9dpo, so if she was correct I was actually only 3dpo for my first positive test (I was tracking ovulation). I was pretty upset as I thought it meant I was going to miscarry as I was CERTAIN of my dates. Anyhoo I went back 2 weeks later and had a repeat scan, and baby was measuring the same as my dates based on my LMP.

I think they actually advise you to wait until around 8ish weeks for a dating scan as it is most accurate then. Good luck!

With my second they gave me dates from the dating scan and I knew they were wrong. At 12 weeks she asked me how far I am, I told her and then she asked what do I think I am so I told her I should be ahead. She's like "Well you're right!" and my dates were all changed and brought forward.

Yes same! With my first 2 they said I was earlier. With dd2 they said 2 weeks behind what my lmp suggests. So, positive pregnancy test within 2 days of conception? Doubt it!
