Is there a prenatal vitamin out there that isn't huge to swallow? Last time I had the gummies and know they no longer sell them. I really struggle to swallow big pills so need something quite small. Thanks

Elevit are quite small. Thy are the only ones I can take, the Blackmores are too big. I take a krill oil for the omega 3 as the capsules are tiny. (No omega 3 in elevit)

You can get really small folic acid tablets

Do I need to take the prenatal s or can I just take the folic acid?

Folic acid only helps prevent neural tube defects. It doesn't give you enough to support mum and bub fully.
Folic acid is the minimum you should take while pregnant. But all pregnancy vitamins have folic acid in the right amount for pregnancy.
I've had a look and there are still some pregnancy gummies available, maybe ask your local chemist to order some special for you if that's easier?
Elevit are the smallest I know of, and I tried a few but not all, so there may be an even smaller one on the market.

I might see if my chemist can get them in for me
