I love my thermomix!! I hated cooking till I got it!! It's the biggest time save and a lot of fb pages with healthy recipes ?

Definitely worth it. Makes life so much easier.

I think it depends on how you cook / if you like cooking etc.
I'm super picky (like crazy it's almost a problem picky) and I would hate it. My friend has a cheaper version and absolutely loves it. So I think it's a really personal thing. They'd definitely save time on some things though.

I use mine a few times a day. Things I make are Porridge, my green smoothie, strawberry jam, Yoghurt, ice cream, curry paste, bread, scrolls, panini, caramel slice, muesli, pasta, rice, dips, some soups. There are some pretty awesome recipes out there, and they take a while to find and also to get used to the machine. Once you get the hang of it, it's easy to convert your old recipes to the thermo.
I do not regret my purchase!!

I just brought a Bellini for $229 from target cause I couldn't justify the tmx price.. I LOVE my Bellini! I will definitely upgrade to a tmx once this one dies but it does the same stuff a tmx does and so much cheaper lol

Ooh I'm considering one too. Recently went to a demo - have you been to one? I strongly recommend. They made hummus, strawberry and mint sorbet, pizza, potato and leek soup, chicken and vege volute and custard. OMG it was all so yum.

I love mine! I thought it was a waste of money when j wouldn't use it daily but when I do use it the time saved is worth it! Plus I can cook a whole dinner and I'm washing far less dishes lol winning!! But to be able to set everything and walk away and not worry about stirring or burning things.. It's really great! I realised we eat way more fresh fruit and veg and less packaged and processed foods which is a massive win! Last year it made Christmas baking so much fun and so quick and easy! Oh and we make our own Italian herbs and cheese subway rolls that are to die for and I think work out to be like 50cents to make!
My next goal is to make some of the washing powders and soaps!

I love mine. I was unsure at first because I never normally spend any money on 'myself', let alone $2k but I use it every single day and even for things I wouldn't have thought. I've been craving frozen drinks so even to blitz ice it is amazing... I drink iced water all day, ice coffee maybe once a day (comes out like the coffee shop ice frappes), the kids love eating the crushed ice and in summer I'll probably try and find some syrup to make them snow cones (or use cordial??). We cook dinners in it, make bread and pizza dough, dips, stir fries, snacks for the kids... The list goes on and on. It takes a little bit of persistence at first, and I am rubbish in the kitchen but we are happy!! Don't regret it one bit. And now that you can transfer warranty its a lot safer to buy one second hand or even buy a new one and sell it later if you find you aren't using it as often as you thought.

I also have a target Bellini (couldn't justify the $$$ if I didn't know how much I'd use it). Love it. Use it at least every second day, sometimes multiple times per day. Tonight it will make honey mustard chicken. Twice this week I've tried different falafel recipes (obv it only did the chopping/mashing/mixing part). Often make risotto, soup, pizza dough, garlic/cheese bread rolls, protein balls etc. All my baking is mixed in it so quickly. Takes a bit of getting used to the style of cooking and trying a bunch of things to find out what you like though.

I got a Bellini too... Decided to start with that and then thought that if I loved it when it died I'd get a Thermomix. Didn't want to go straight for the Thermomix in case I wasn't a fan of thermo cooking, as its $2000 plus.
I do love the Bellini, especially with having a 10 month old as it does save so much time... It chops so you don't need to cut things up with chopping board, and it cooks it so you don't need to stand over a stove stirring. It has a 2 litre jug capacity, so I always freeze a couple of meals when I use it so it's awesome when I've had a busy day to pull out of freezer.
You end up cooking from scratch a lot more so it can be healthier.
If you have Facebook join 'Bellini Addicts' group... That will give you a bit of an idea too.
