Regular burping during feeds, and to help relieve the pain lay buns flat across your last or lay them with their tummy on the inside of your forearm and their head at your elbow and bum at your wrist, or the other way around. Being on their tummy often helps.
We would do the 'bicycle legs' with DS at that age and would be quite vigorous about it - it would pretty much always get gas out. And leave them upright for a few mins after a feed patting their back.
Are you breastfeeding or bottle? I found the biggest thing that helped my DD was changing to Dr Browns bottles. It really seemed to cut the amount of air intake- less screaming!
Bicycle legs seem to have the best results but it's still not enough to help. I am breastfeeding so have been trying to make sure her latch is correct which seems to help a bit also
I don't think there's anything stronger for wind but I found lots of burping helped more than anything. The usual, laying Bub on tummy and all that's worked too but whenever I used anything to help like infacol, she'd scream more in pain than ever... Plus, once they start moving around a bit, it gets easier for them to pass gas so won't be long ?

Can they have infants friend and infacol at that age? I know one helps with passing wind and with burping :)

There's a liquid from the pharmacy called iberogast. I think the dose is 3 drops. It was great for our babies.

Maybe keep a log of what you're eating to eliminate foods that may be a contributing factor?
