I had one at 9 weeks and didn't find out till 11

But all my symptoms were still there and I was still vomiting right up till I had a d&c

I'm now almost 20 weeks and have not been sick much at all only for a few weeks at the start I don't even think I am pregnant!

Your symptoms or lack of sound very normal for an early pregnancy. Especially the cramping. The cramping can be quite bad especially if its your first pregnancy. I didn't know I was pregnant until 10 weeks this time as I had no symptoms! Try not to worry x

I'm pretty sure they just tell sick women that it means their baby is healthy so they don't kill everyone. Bad morning sickness is the worst.

Try not to worry.

I have had a mmc at 13 weeks and bub passed at about 9 weeks. I had some symptoms but much less than my previous pregnancy. I am also currently 30 weeks pregnant and I have had negligible symptoms this pregnancy too compared to my others (I had hg with ds until he was born and dd I had bad morning sickness until 24 or 25 weeks). Symptoms are not indicative of what is going on in most cases and all pregnancies are different.

None of my healthy pregnancies had any symptoms apart from fatigue at 5 weeks either. :D

I've had 2 missed miscarriages, the first I had the worst morning sickness imaginable from the moment I hit 4 weeks I was so, so so so so ill...sickness doesn't = healthy baby (no matter how much people tell you that)

I wouldn't stress too much about it, most likely everything is perfectly healthy! If concerned ask your dr for a viability scan :)

I've had 7 pregnancies and cramped in all of them, regardless of whether they were successful or not :)

Oh and remember that cramping can be from the egg implanting. I have had cramping with my 2 healthy pregnancies, and didn't have any with my mmc. Also 5w2d is early for symptoms still. Don't worry yet :)

My 2nd pregnancy in Jan/ feb this year turned out to be a missed miscarriage. I had sore boobs which did decrease before 6 weeks, and next to no morning sickness. When my morning sickness didn't increase ( I usually suffer HG) I knew something was wrong. Confirmed after 2 weeks of scans that i had a blighted ovum and had a d&c at the end of feb. I am now 14 weeks with a healthy bub. I hope your pregnancy is viable, but if not, that you are pregnant again as soon as you're ready with a healthy baby xxx

I havent had a mmc but I am currently 20+3 with #2 and had ZERO symptoms in this pregnancy. No sickness, sore boobs, nothing. Now I am feeling bub move I am more relaxed but was convinced there was something wrong in the early weeks. It may not be what you are fearing.

Symptoms fluctuate so I wouldn't worry too much. I'm 16.6 weeks and I didn't always have sore boobs or morning sickness. Cramping/pains are normal, remember, your uterus is growing! If you're really concerned see a doctor.

I had a mmc in may last year it was my 3rd pregnancy. When my symptoms like nausea and vomiting didnt hit at 6 weeks like my first 2 I sae the dr. My hcg was still going up but now when I compare they didnt rise as quickly as my first 2. I had a scan at 7.6 weeks and the baby had no hb and only measured 6.1weeks. Went for a scan at 9.1 weeks to confirm and there was no change. I had period cramps the whole time but no bleeding. I ended up having a d&c. Don't stress some ppl just don't get strong symptoms. Fx for you
