Do loose hips/joints go away??
With my first I had round ligament pain which is expected but this time around its way past that. I feel like my hips are so loose they are misaligned. My bones pop a lot and almost feel like when I sit/lay in a position for a while my legs go out of joint. This is to the point I want to go to a chiropractor because its excruciating. Rolling over in bed, getting up from sitting on the floor omw thought my leg was going to snap out of socket. Any ladies had it before and do your hips go back to normal after birth??
I wish I had friends that I could go out with and take our kids out to play or aquariums or something lol me and my kids are always in the house.. It would be nice to go out sometimes 😆
Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
What your favorite physical attribute? Like what do u think is the best part of yourself? For me it’s my arms and legs. My arms are cut and I have nice muscular arms, but not too muscular, and my legs I’ve always had nice long legs. So what’s yours?
Sounds like your out of alignment. I’d go get adjusted. I have bad hips due to an accident I totally understand what your going through. It’s happen with all three of mine now. They get so loose that they seem to forget where the belong. Pop crack. Get stuck in certain positions. It’s like I’m 90 at times. It does get “better” after as things start to go back to the way they were before pregnancy. But never the same. Adjustments help like nothing else and ensure the hips are in the right position to do their job and go back as were after birth...good luck :s
