TMI warning ✋?
I haven’t had a bm in over a week. I feel miserable. I don’t even have the urge to go. But I’m constantly feeling full and uncomfortable.
Thanks Cassie. That was extremely helpful. I’m making a stop to gnc tomorrow for those magnesium pills!
I did only do the drink once bc of how it made me feel. I don’t think the nausea was bc of the magnesium citrate per day. I get nauseous from drinking water these days.
Sometimes you have to take more than 1 magnesium citrate if you’re that backed up. But I’ve never had it make me nauseous. I just drink it over a period of about an hour. And, I have found it to be more tolerable if I refrigerate it first.
Also, something worth considering on a regular basis is a magnesium supplement. The pills are pretty big, so if you’re like me and prefer chewable or gummies, check out GNC, they have some. But if you take it on a regular basis it should really help things along.
I don’t know if corn makes you go, but what I do know about corn is that it’s one of those veggies that your stomach doesn’t truly digest and can sometimes come back out in the same consistency it went in. Sorry, gross, I know. Yuck. I love corn too, but it’s never had the effect on me.
Thanks ladies. I tried the magnesium citrate. It made me so nauseous but it kinda worked. I say kinda bc I still feel full and uncomfortable. But it did make me go. I know I’m constipated bc I have to take iron pills on top of my prenatal. It’s horrible. I may have to resort to prunes ?
My bizarre solution: prunes throughout the day and a dinner of all the sweet corn you can eat. Strange, I know, but works for me.
Also, I've had two family members recently end up with with intestinal issues and I've been doing some reading. The concept of the stool that you put your feet on is something everyone needs to do. If you don't have a stool handy then think about leaning back against the toilet seat. It's crazy how much strain we put on our system when we are in the "hunched over" position. And now I've know two people (one who is 29 years old) who have had major surgery and a big part of each was possibly the strain put on their system from hunched over and pushing.
Best of luck.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!
2dpo and on the tww journey. Anyone on the same dpo or close? Haven't decided if I will test at 12dpo or just wait and see if she shows up!!
Good luck Sasha, having potty problems on top of already being nauseous is the worst!
