That moment when these two things become your best friend... ?

I tried to use like every over the counter medicine and they just didn't work. I finally talked to my dr and he gave me a prescription for some enemas. I know it sounds awful but it worked so well. I got relief within 10 mins

They couldnt give it a more subtle name, could they? :P
