Yeah it sounds like pupps. I'd contact your dr to see what they recommend. Feel better soon.

I will definitely have to try that! The cool pool water is soothing too (may have to resort to cool baths and showers from now on ? lol)

Pupps usually starts on the belly and spreads with heat and hot showers. Try to avoid itching and hot showers. I've heard oatmeal baths and Grandpa's pine tar soap can help.
