Temp Spike?

When does the temp spike usually occur after ovulation. I am either 1 or 2 DPO and my temp is still the same

And not everyone gets a temp drop.

You can use a regular thermometer, it doesn't have to be a basal one. I used a regular one and had very clear and accurate charts every month

Nope. I messed up. Was using regular thermometer. Now I know. Hopefully not for next month. Going to post my chart because I had a small jump just thought it was supposed to be more

R u using a bbt thermometer? It has to have the 2 digits after the decimal. If so then O probably hasn’t happened. U get a drop on O day and a NOTICEABLE rise (general rule of thumb is by .50) the following day. The day of the temp shift (rise) is 1dpo. U can view my profile posts I️ have tons of charts because I️ did it for so long.
