Hey ladies. Hopefully someone can help me. My son has always suffered from eczema. Today he woke up with this redness on his nose. Does this look like eczema to you? Or any thoughts on what it may be from. He's acting completely fine!

It ended up going away in two days of putting aquaphor on it. I think it was just be eczema. It definitely did look strange though!

can anyone suggest cream for dry skin/eczema for an 18 month old ive tried so many for him over the counter and from the doctors with the weather warming up it seems to be getting worse TIA
