Door to door, no. Unless we knew the people. My 11yo is ALWAYS looking for ways to make money. Never at 9pm though. I wonder if her parents knew? Id happily give a kid work to do, working for money at that age is great, but the time of night seems odd...

I also think working for money is great but it's really late and it's a little bit chilly outside so I just gave her the $1. I really hope her parents were out there like I said I didn't see anyone else around but another little boy. This happened about 40 mins ago.

I pay my neighbor girl a dollar a bag to run my trash out (with her mom's permission) she thinks it's great and loves to have the extra money for treats at school. it's after school and light out when she does it. I would find it concerning of some random kid came to my door at night asking to do chores for money.

Hell no!! You don't know who's behind that door and their intentions. But I don't even let my kids play outside without me.

I don't open my door to strangers. Even kids. Bad people use kid as decoys. And I NEVER give out money. I don't even keep cash anyways...

At pp yea it's understandable. I usually never give money out either but I would of felt bad if I had said no and I would of felt even worse if I actually gave her my trash to throw away. I have only been here for 4 months maybe people around here already knows them but I would never let my child do that. I hope her parents were out there watching.
