Good Morning Ladies (advice for cold remedy)
I came down with a bad cold. I had a fever last night and have nasal congestion, cough, sore itchy throat and terrible headache. Is there anything over the counter I could take to relieve these symptoms?

Thank you ladies
My SO fixed me a cup of hot tea with honey and lemon juice. I was good after a couple of days. With the humidifier.
I used nasal spray a humidifier and alka seltzer... It's like theraflu, a drink you put in hot water... But only on the nights I felt particularly bad, unfortunately colds need to be toughed out mostly.
My Dr gave me the ok to have the Cold Eeze throat lozenges. Helped so much!
Thanks hun
Oh, I sympathize with you. I just got over a horrible sinus infection I had for a month straight!
As far as natural remedies I used saline spray for my nose, gargled salt water, and drank a lot of hot water with honey and lemon. I also used steam.
I had to take some cold meds though, which I tried to only take when I was really bad, but my OB ok'd this with me. I also ended up on antibiotics since it went behind my ears. Ugh! Good luck and I hope you feel better!
Thank you Nancy
I was thinking about taking my 2 yr olds meds.
I used vaporrub on my chest to help me breathe at night. Saline solution I got to the point where I took my daughter's cold med because I couldn't function anymore my doc said the ingredients were ok.
Thank you ladies I'll try
