When I was pregnant with my previews two the doc always said no black tea and bla bla but then when I was kept on bed rest at the hospital they give you the Lipton tea for breakfast , lunch and dinner... So hypocrite lol

Get a script for zofran it has helped me alot.

Second, I currently have a sinus infection and my Dr said you can use saline spray, or vix spray in your nose, to help keep it moist, also vix on your chest. Try buying a humidifier, that's been my other best friend.

Gargling with warm water and salt helps for sore throat, also cough drops.

Drink plenty if fluids, oj too. Feel better.

I drank black tea my whole pregnancy with my son. I was told that there isn't enough caffeine to harm the baby

I have a cold right now and I've found that hot tea with honey and lemon helps alot...best of luck

Absolutely! I feel lazy and not as active with my 2 year old. Sometimes it's so hard to "pretend" I am feeling good when I feel so sick. Try to cut yourself some slack. You have s lot on your plate and your growing a human being- that's so taxing on the human body! Feel better and realize you are an amazing mom because you obviously care so much. The 1st trimester will be done soon.
