Supplements question?? ?? ♀
Supplements question?? ??♀️
So I was thinking about adding a supplement or two to my ttc regimen. Hubby and I tried for 6 years to get pregnant without success. We then took 3 years off, adopted a little girl, and are now ready to try again to get pregnant. I really want to get my little bean this time. I'm currently taking metformin for PCOS and I'm taking a fertility gummy vitamin.

I take TTC tablets. No harm I guess!

Definitely vitex! Takes a couple months to work, but regulates your cycle. I just got my BFP my third month taking vitex. Good luck!

Thanks for the replies! @MSkaila, I've heard vitex can regulate your cycle, has this been your experience? I have super long cycles usually around 35-37 days and I'm currently on cd47. @amber, I have PCOS so my body produces too much testosterone, so I'll probably avoid that one, but what are iso flavones used for?

Thanks @amber!! I'll look into it. And I totally wouldn't mind twins lol. I was told by my RE several years ago that for my age I had a similar egg supply as some 10 years younger than me, so it's likely as I get older I could possibly conceive multiples ?

Vitex was a miracle supplement for me. Regulated my cycle beautifully twice. The doctor also told us extra zinc for the hubby wasn't a bad idea either. Best wishes to you and congrats on your adopted daughter. Hope she's a big sister soon!

My cycles were 25-29 days. Would ovulate on a different day every cycle and I suspected a short luteal phase. The third cycle was like clockwork- ovulated day 15 and got my BFP with barely BD at all since husband was sick. Doesn't hurt to try!
