Scared for Appt

I have my second ultrasound scheduled tomorrow, and I'm so scared. I will be 6 weeks, 3 days which is the same time I found out I miscarried last pregnancy. Ah I hope I can sleep tonight! Keep me in your thoughts! I'm not strong enough to go through another loss. :(
