Does it always have two lines no matter what day you are in your cycle

I always get two lines. Unless first line is darker it's negative. Good luck!!

Im at day two and a half of af and took the ovulation test and its not positive but had a line. Im pretty sure i ovulate on my period or the day after

Start taking them at least after af is due. If you're on a 28 day cycle i suggest starting around cd 9-10. Once you get a faint line on a test start testing twice a day. Like 11am and then again at 9pm.

Once the test is almost as dark as the control line you can test more often if you like. Remember a positive is if the control is as dark or darker than the control line. And once you get the positive test you know you will ovulate 12-36hrs later. That's when you check your cervix and cervical mucus and watch for cramping.

If you want but you would be wasting tests.

Test twice a day!! The one in the morning can be negative and the one in the afternoon can be positive!!
