It's fine to use anything, bleaching in moderation, just keep it well ventilated, just bare in mind the hormones in pregnancy can alter the way the dye takes to your hair so you may end up with a different colour than you planned ?

Just make sure there is good ventilation and open windows. I dyed my hair week after I found out. It was freezing in the bathroom as it was February ?
